Shaykh Abdallah Bin Bayyah President of the Forum for Peace (UAE), is today attending the @FCOHumanRights #FoRBvsExtremism conference in London, on the link between freedom of religion and preventing violent extremism.

Also attending will be the Vice-President of the Forum, Shaykh Hamza Yusuf (USA), Dr Mohammed Matar al Kaabi, Chairman of the authority of Islamic affairs and endowments (UAE) and a delegation from the Forum for Peace.

Yesterday evening some VIP guests were invited by Baroness Anelay for a dinner to discuss, how to promote religious tolerance and translating this into practical action.

Shaykh Bin Bayyah was invited to offer a response to the Baroness with final thoughts to the meeting.
